BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Payment will be accepted via credit card only and a non-refundable 2.2% fee will apply to each transaction. Payment will be required upon booking in order to confirm your tickets.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations to summit tickets only that are received prior to 5:00pm on Friday 5th September 2022 will incur a $55.00 + GST administration fee. Cancellations received after this time are non-refundable.
ACCOMMODATION
- All accomodation bookings are to be made via The Calile Hotels reservation page. To take advantage of discounted room rates, follow the link provided in your ticket confirmation email.ย
- Accommodation is not guaranteed or finalised until payment is received in full.
- Check-in time is from 2:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am AEST. If you would like specific timings please check directly with the hotel. Please also notify the hotel if you will be arriving late in the evening.
- Accommodation cancellations made after 30 days prior to arrival will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
- Rates listed are room only and do not include breakfast.
- Guests are responsible for payment of any personal expenses or additional costs including but not limited to: minibar, telephone/internet, room service as well as additional meals
NB: All guests will be required to supply the hotel with a credit card imprint upon check-in to cover charges to the individual room account.
COVID-19 POLICY
If KAILO wellness summit is postponed for any reason due to circumstances of Covid-19 there will be no refunds given, monies and tickets will be transferred to a new date announced by KAILO Group.
Attendees of the KAILO Wellness Summit DO NOT need to be vaccinated or tested for COVID-19 prior to the event. Please refer to current QLD guidelines for more information.ย
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
Any name changes to your booking will need to be sent in writing. Changes will be allowed up until Friday 20th September 2022 and may incur a $55 +GST change fee.ย ย
PRIVACY STATEMENT
The information contained in the completed registration form is entrusted to KAILO GROUP and LOUD events and could be used for marketing and advertising purposes.
CONSENT PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOPGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
Photos and videos of the event will be taking place and may be used for marketing purposes. By registering for the event, you consent to having pictures and video taken throughout the day and accept that you may be included as a part of this.
If you have any concerns please contact the organisers prior to the event or upon arrival at the event.

The registration site and its content, features and functionality, including, without limitation, information, software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of KAILO group, our licensors or other content suppliers, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws, and may not be used or exploited in any way without our prior written consent.
No right, title or interest in or to the registration site or any Content is transferred to you and all rights not expressly granted are reserved. Any use of the registration site that is not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use may be a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.
In addition to the intellectual property rights mentioned above, for purposes of these Terms & conditions, โContentโ is defined as all information such as the โlook and feelโ of the Website, data files, graphics, text, photographs, drawings, logos, images, sounds, music and video and audio files on the Website. KAILO tryโs to ensure that the Content is accurate and complete. Your use of the registration site is at your risk.
