Libby Munro - KAILO Nutrition Coach
Libby grew up on a cattle farm in Australia and then followed her passion for acting, graduating from NIDA in 2008. After acting both on television and the stage, Libby moved to Los Angeles to pursue a film acting career. She spent the next 10 years or more starring in a range of mainstage productions for Queensland Theatre Company, Sydney Theatre Company, Melbourne Theatre Company, and toured nationally in major shows; as well as starring in internationally awarded films like Eight (Amazon Prime), Wild Woman, The Hunted, and Mommy Would Never Hurt You (Lifetime Movies).
It was during her acting career that Libby’s health was first impacted by constant dieting and maintaining a busy schedule, and she was eventually diagnosed with an auto-immune condition. So began her real interest in health, lifestyle and nutrition, eventually leading her to Black Iron Nutrition where she undertook an internship and obtained her Precision Nutrition Certificate.
Returning to Australia when Covid-19 struck, Libby now mentors her own clients to help them develop a sound nutritional and lifestyle focus. Libby is particularly passionate about positive body image and the role that lifestyle plays in our overall health.
