Calise is an Australian born, New York based, international Certified Psychic Medium and Spiritual teacher.

Our brains are highly dynamic, changing all the time. Through prolonged stress, or trauma we end up with conditions of anxiety, brain fog and fatigue. Just as easily however, with the right training and guidance we can build our confidence, calm our emotional responses and strengthen our attention span!

A consistent meditation routine is key to this process. Over the next 8 weeks, you will learn how to rewire your mind with Calise through weekly 60 minute group guided meditation sessions.


NUTRITION with Libby Munro

Libby is a certified Nutrition and Lifestyle coach who has helped people across the globe to create healthy eating habits to fuel their body and live optimally.

Over the next 8 weeks, you will take part in a 60 minute group zoom session each week to discuss your nutrition and create an action plan for the week ahead. Each week will be guiding you towards optimum health.
