These creamy, crunchy, protein-packed cups are the perfect snack to keep in your fridge. Made with wholesome ingredients and finished with a smooth white chocolate coating, they taste like a treat but fuel like a protein bar.
Ingredients

1 cup cashew butter

¼ cup honey

½ cup Kailo Plant Well (Protein Super Blend) - Vanilla Chai

1 tbsp milk of choice

¼ cup roasted cashews, chopped

200 g white chocolate
Method

Mix the filling: In a medium bowl, combine cashew butter, honey, protein powder, and milk. Stir until a thick, dough-like mixture forms.

Shape the cups: Press the mixture evenly into a silicone mini muffin tray (or similar mold). Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon.

Add crunch: Sprinkle chopped roasted cashews over the top and gently press them in. Place the tray in the freezer to set for 30 minutes.

Coat in chocolate: Once firm, remove cups from the tray. Dip or coat each one in melted white chocolate. Drizzle extra melted white chocolate over the top for a decorative finish. Place on a lined tray and let set in the fridge.

Chill & enjoy: Refrigerate until completely set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
