Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 1½ cups almond meal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt (optional)

How to Make Gluten-Free Banana Bread
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add coconut sugar, almond meal, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

- Add melted coconut oil if the mixture is too dry.
