Ingredients (serves 1)
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (12g)
  • 1 tbsp Sleep Well
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp pouring cream
  • 3 tbsp plain flour

 

Method
  1. In a large microwave-safe mug, melt the butter for about 40 seconds, or until fully melted.
  2. Add the chocolate chips to the hot butter and stir until smooth and melted.
  3. Mix in the Sleep Well, maple syrup, and cream.
  4. Stir through the flour until just combined.
  5. Microwave on high for about 60 seconds, or until set on top but still fudgy in the centre.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then top with fresh berries or a scoop of ice cream (optional).
  7. Enjoy straight from the mug!
