Chai-Licious Pancakes


  • 30g (1 serve) of Look Well
  • (Vanilla-Chai) — KAILO Nutrition
  • 1 ⅓ cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup almond milk, more if needed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup


  • 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
  • Handful of berries
  • Dusting of cinnamon


In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir. If your batter is too thick, add some more almond milk for your desired consistency. Cook on medium heat, flip when ready.

Add coconut yoghurt, maple syrup and berries to serve.


Immunity Booster Smoothie


  • 25g (1 Serve) of Look Well
  • Mixed Berry — KAILO Nutrition
  • 200ml apple juice
  • 5 pieces frozen banana
  • ¼ cup mixed berries
  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt


Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until you reach your desired consistency, and don't be scared to add a little ice if you want to thicken it up!
