These Chocolate Dipped Berry Yoghurt Bites are a refreshing and guilt-free treat that combines the natural sweetness of berries with creamy yoghurt and a rich chocolate coating. They are a high-protein snack thanks to the Greek yoghurt, which makes them filling and nourishing. The addition of Look Well takes these bites to the next level, offering beauty-boosting benefits for glowing skin while you enjoy a delicious snack.

Not only are these bites packed with goodness, but they’re also highly customisable. You can swap out the fruit, yoghurt, or toppings to suit your personal taste, making them the perfect treat for everyone. Plus, they’re quick to make, and they store easily in the freezer, so you can have a healthy snack on hand whenever you need it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • ½ cup halved blueberries
  • ½ cup halved raspberries
  • 2 cups high-protein Greek yoghurt (or your preferred yoghurt)
  • 2 scoops Look Well Collagen Berry Blend
  • 150g melted dark chocolate (vegan, no sugar added recommended)
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yoghurt Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine the yoghurt and Look Well. Stir until smooth and well blended.

  2. Add Berries:
Gently fold in the diced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries until evenly distributed.

  3. Shape and Freeze:
Scoop the mixture into small circles (about 2 inches wide) onto a tray lined with baking paper. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until firm.

  4. Prepare the Chocolate Coating:
Melt the dark chocolate using your preferred method (microwave or stovetop). Stir in the coconut oil until smooth.

  5. Dip and Decorate:
Remove the frozen yoghurt bites from the freezer. Dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring an even coating. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut while the chocolate is still wet.

  6. Final Freeze:
Return the chocolate-dipped bites to the tray and freeze for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

  7. Serve and Store:
Enjoy straight from the freezer, allowing them to thaw slightly before eating. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

    Pro Tip:
Customise this recipe with your favourite fruits, yoghurt, or toppings to make it your own! Perfect for kids, family gatherings, or a quick and nutritious snack.
