Nourishing Golden Milk Recipe

A grounding blend of warming spices and nourishing botanicals to calm the mind and support your body from within. Perfect for winding down or starting your day with intention.

 

Ingredients:


•⁠ ⁠300ml almond milk
•⁠ ⁠¼ tsp ground turmeric
•⁠ ⁠A pinch of ground nutmeg
•⁠ ⁠A pinch of ground cardamom
•⁠ ⁠A pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
•⁠ ⁠A generous pinch of ground cinnamon
•⁠ ⁠A small pinch of Himalayan pink salt
•⁠ ⁠1 scoop of Plant Well Vanilla Chai 
•⁠ ⁠Optional: 1 tsp raw honey, to taste

 

Method:


1.⁠ ⁠Gently warm the almond milk in a small saucepan or milk frother until just hot (but not boiling).

2.⁠ ⁠Add all remaining ingredients and whisk well until smooth and frothy. For the silkiest result, we recommend using the KAILO electric whisk, or your milk frother as an alternative.

3.⁠ ⁠Pour into your favourite mug and sip slowly, allowing the warming spices to settle your senses.
