A grounding blend of warming spices and nourishing botanicals to calm the mind and support your body from within. Perfect for winding down or starting your day with intention.
Ingredients:
• 300ml almond milk
• ¼ tsp ground turmeric
• A pinch of ground nutmeg
• A pinch of ground cardamom
• A pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
• A generous pinch of ground cinnamon
• A small pinch of Himalayan pink salt
• 1 scoop of Plant Well Vanilla Chai
• Optional: 1 tsp raw honey, to taste
Method:
1. Gently warm the almond milk in a small saucepan or milk frother until just hot (but not boiling).
2. Add all remaining ingredients and whisk well until smooth and frothy. For the silkiest result, we recommend using the KAILO electric whisk, or your milk frother as an alternative.
3. Pour into your favourite mug and sip slowly, allowing the warming spices to settle your senses.
