Ingredients
For the bliss balls:
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup pistachios (shelled)
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1 1/2 scoops Look Well Collagen Berry Blend powder
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut (for texture)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/3 cup almond milk
For coatings (3 ways):
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
Instructions

Blend the Base:
In a high-powered blender or food processor, add the oats, almond flour, almonds, pistachios, Look Well, desiccated coconut, and sea salt. Pulse until the mixture is broken down into a fine consistency. -
Add Sweeteners and Liquid:
Add the Medjool dates and almond butter to the blender. Blend again until the mixture starts to come together into a sticky dough. Pour in 1/3 cup of almond milk and continue blending until everything is well incorporated. If the mixture is too dry, add more almond milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until you reach a smooth, sticky consistency. -
Form the Bliss Balls:
Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls. -
Coating Time!:
Divide the balls into three separate batches for the different coatings. In a small bowl, add almond milk and set aside.- Coconut & Lime Zest: Lightly dip each ball in almond milk and roll in desiccated coconut. For an extra burst of flavour, sprinkle the coconut with lime zest, or mix the zest directly into the coconut for an added zing.
- Pistachio & Freeze-Dried Berries: Dip the bliss balls in almond milk and roll them in a mixture of finely chopped pistachios and crushed freeze-dried strawberries for a sweet, tangy contrast.
- Matcha: Finally, dip the balls in almond milk and roll them in matcha powder for a vibrant green coating and a touch of earthy flavour.
