The KAILO Wellness Summit 2022 was a day to remember!

After two postponements thanks to the pandemic, the inaugural KAILO WELLNESS SUMMIT was a day to remember on 20 October, 2022.

Over 220 people attended the sell-out event at the Calile Hotel to hear from experts from across Australia and aboard on a range of health and wellness topics. Hosted by the impeccable Lisa Wilkinson and featuring beautiful healthy food and drinks, it was a day to remember!

Leading Ayurvedic practitioner Dylan Smith discussed the benefits to our health of Ayurvedic wisdom, arriving in from London the night before, Dr Olivia Lesslar shared the latest health implications for poor sleep health, Dr Zac Turner discussed the latest cutting edge approach to medicine with peptides and psychedelics, Dr Stefan Lipp and Raphaelle Faure travelled all the way from Paris to share the latest in skincare using an understanding of our individual DNA, Dr Clara Hurst busted some myths around anti-ageing cosmetic treatments and shared the story behind the Secret Skincare she founded with Dr Deb Cohen-Jones, Pharmacist Mary-Lou Condon was a walking advertisement for the power of regular NAD+ infusions (link here to book in for NaD), disability and chronic illness advocate Anja Christofferson shared her hopes for a more inclusive world that embraces diversity and that wellness should be accessible to everyone, the ever-energetic Lola Berry discussed a wellness career and her own personal fertility journey, Professor Charlie Teo discussed the incredible breakthroughs in brain health and neurology, and inspirational Sam Bloom had us all in tears, but reminded us to live every moment to its fullest.

The amazing gift bags packed full of wonderful wellness goodness was thanks to our generous sponsors. Not a single bag was left behind!

And a number of lucky people went home with some incredible prizes thanks to our partners including a beautiful pendant from Callejia Jewellers, two wellness packages from The Banyans Health, and a $4000 KAILO package. Over $6000 was raised through the raffle and donated to The Happy Box project, which supports indigenous women in remote parts of Australia through self care items and toiletries.

Thank you to everyone who supported the day, and we hope everyone left inspired by new ways to improve their health and well-being.

We can't wait to bring the KAILO Wellness Summit back in early 2024 with some incredible speakers and international stars already on the cards to inspire, educate and empower us. Stay tuned for more information coming soon.
