Ingredients for Berry Collagen Crumble
Berry Filling
- 3 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp KAILO Look Well Mixed Berry Collagen Powder
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Crumble Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond meal
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup KAILO Look Well Mixed Berry Collagen Powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
To Serve
- Coconut yoghurt or vanilla ice cream
How to Make Warm Berry Crumble
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a baking dish, combine berries, maple syrup, vanilla, collagen powder, and tapioca flour. Mix well and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix oats, almond meal, collagen powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted coconut oil and stir until crumbly.
- Scatter the crumble topping evenly over the berries.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with yoghurt or ice cream.
