Ingredients for Chocolate Raspberry Protein Oats

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice

  • ¼ cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • ½ cup filtered water

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

How to Make Baked Protein Oats

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. In a bowl or baking dish, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, nut butter, chocolate chips, protein powder, and water. Mix until well combined.
