When the craving for something sweet sneaks up, but you still want to feel good about it, these Plant Well Vanilla Chai cookies are your answer. Four ingredients, one bowl, and about fifteen minutes later, you’ve got warm, spiced cookies that taste like comfort and calm. It’s the kind of bake that feels almost too easy for how good it turns out.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Plant Well (Protein Super Blend) Vanilla Chai
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup crunchy almond butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon - sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 5cm apart.
- Flatten each cookie with a fork to create a criss - cross pattern.
- Bake for 12 – 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

There’s a quiet kind of joy in pulling these out of the oven: sweet chai in the air, a soft crunch at first bite, and that satisfying thought of I made these in minutes. They’re perfect for busy mornings, slow afternoons, or any moment you just want something real. With Plant Well, even the simplest cookie can feel like a small act of self-care.
